Palladium(II) bromide uses:
Preparation of raw materials for palladium compounds such as palladium tetrabromide. It is widely sold as a commercial product and used as a starting material for palladium chemistry, although it is less common than palladium chloride. Similar to palladium chloride, bromine Chemicalbook palladium is insoluble in water, but soluble in acetonitrile when heated, and forms an adduct in the form of a monomer: PdBr2+2MeCN→PdBr2(MeCN)2.
