[1,1'-Bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene]palladium dichloride (PdCl2(dppf)) as a catalyst is mainly used to catalyze the cross-coupling reaction. Similar to other Pd(II) and Ni(II) complexes, PdCl2(dppf) can effectively catalyze the cross-coupling reaction between halogenated olefins, halogenated aromatic hydrocarbons or trifluoromethanesulfonate aromatic hydrocarbons and Grignard reagents. Achieve the formation of carbon-carbon bonds.

A preparation method of 1,1'-bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene palladium dichloride II (dppfPdCl2), including the following steps:
(A) Add palladium chloride to concentrated hydrochloric acid and heat to 40-80℃ to dissolve. The amount of hydrochloric acid is 0.2-1.0 times the mass of palladium chloride. Add ethanol to dilute Chemicalbook to release. The amount of ethanol is 10- of the mass of palladium chloride. 50 times;
(B) Add bisdiphenylphosphinoferrocene (dppf) of 3.0-5.0 times the mass of palladium chloride to the tetrahydrofuran solution, and heat to 40-80°C until it dissolves. The amount of tetrahydrofuran is 20% of the mass of palladium chloride. -30 times;
(C) Add the solution obtained in step (a) dropwise to the solution obtained in step (b), keep it at 45-80°C for 0.5-3h after dropping, then cool, filter, wash, and vacuum dry to obtain 1, 1'-Bis(diphenylphosphino)ferrocene palladium dichloride II red crystals.
